Introduction: Salesforce Inc (Salesforce) a leading software services provider, topped the list of the world’s most innovative companies rated by Forbes during the year 2014 (Refer to Exhibit I for the List of Top 5 Innovative Companies). In the year 2006, Salesforce redefined its project management process and called it the Adaptive Delivery Methodology (ADM).
